TWC:1910 provides customer support on Labor Day

The Taiwan Water Corporation (TWC) Customer Service Hotline 1910 is still on 24/7 while its offices will be closed on Labor Day. Users with any questions can get assistance by calling 1910.
TWC provides a variety of convenient payment methods. Users can easily pay through the following methods on Labor Day.
1. By credit card on Taiwan Water Corporation official website.
2. Taiwan Water Corporation APP.
3. Mobile payments：「JKOPay」,「iPASS MONEY」,「TCPASS」,「GAMAPAY」,「PiAPP」,「icash Pay」,「ezPay」,「beePay」,「TaiwanPay」,「Easy Wallet」,「PXPay」 and 「PlusPAY」.
4. At convenience stores：Pay water bill at 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK and Simple Mart. Users without water bills, can print them with KIOSK Machines, like ibon, OKGo, FamiPort, Life-ET.
Droughts and floods have occurred frequently in recent years, and water resources are extremely precious, TWC calls on the public to save water at all times, implement simple water-saving measures in daily life, and regularly check water equipment at home to prevent water leakage. In addition, Taiwan Water's E-billing application rate increased significantly from 8.29% in 2018 to 16.95% in 2012, a significant increase of 695,000 households. In order to inspire users to apply for E-billing, users choose e-bill over paper bill can save NT$5 for each bill cycle before the end of 2025. Users can simply scan the QR code on the paper bills to get the shortcut to apply, TWC said. TWC hopes more users will respond to energy conservation and carbon reduction.
