After tap water is boiled, a layer of white precipitate on the surface or on the side of the heating container, is it harmful to our health?

The white precipitate on the surface or on the side of the heating container is due to the presence of hydrogen carbonate (also called temporary hard water) which calcifies into a calcium carbonate solid. According to international research data, the fractional existence of this substance in tap water is not harmful to human health.
