How should we maintain residential water related equipment in order to ensure the safety of tap water?

- Reservoirs on the ground floor should be above ground to prevent contaminants from entering into the tap water supply.
- Reservoir(s) must be cleaned on a regular basis, at least once every six months. You can do it yourself, or have one of our certified companies perform the work.
- Tap water pipes must not be connected to any other source of water to prevent the possibility of contamination.
