Name Change (Transfer)

Required Documents

1.Taiwan Water Corporation Various Change Service

   Application, Taiwan Water Corporation Consumer Water

   Supply Service Contract and Legal representative Consent

   Consent Letter.

2. Water bill receipt, customer number or address.

3. General users：Please carry identity documents to check；

    Or you can use Citizen Digital Certificate (MOICA) for

    online application.

4.Business users：The seals of the company and the

   responsible person representing the company.

5. If you are commissioned to apply for transfer, you should

    bring aforementioned documents and identity document   

    for verification.

Reference

1. Application for name change of water consumption shall be

   made upon signature for approval by previous user and

   complete payment of the various fees during period of 

   water consumption. If the user cannot obtain signature

   from previous user, the applicant shall apply for name

   change alone. Previous user may object within six months,

   and TWC shall then cancel any changes made.

   New user shall be responsible for all overdue payment

   occurred after changes have been made and before

   cancellation of such changes. Users that do not willing to

   process according to the aforementioned two methods shall

   apply for new installation instead.

2. You can apply by mail, fax or online without the overdue

    water fee.

   bring identity documents, seal (or signature), the seal of

3. Please offer water meter indicator (4 digital number) or

    you can use the camera or mobile phone to take pictures

    to interpret the data.

Apply in person: You are required to bring identity

documents, seal (or signature) and submit the above

documents.

Commissioned application: The trustee is required to

bring identity documents, seal (or signature), the seal of

client and submit the above documents.
