Date： 2022/09/15
自110年1月起實施，首波開放申請對象為「代繳用戶」，於111年9月起簡訊帳單再升級，開放代收用戶(非代繳用戶)也能申請簡訊帳單。
註：
代繳是指「以存款帳戶或信用卡自動扣繳水費」。
