Service Facilities
1. Visitor Service Center Former Tamsui Museum(1) Providing tourism-related information and literature products: obtaining leaflets for the Chengcheng Lake Scenic Area and nearby attractions, film promotion guides of Chengcheng Lake, poster displays, computer inquiries and explanatory guide information.
(2) Serve tourists with services such as broadcasting, missing people, lost and found, wheelchair rental and related consultations, and properly handle tourist complaints.
(3) Provide travel consultation: information introduction on Chengcheng Lake and nearby tourist attractions.
2. Set up 4 first aid stations at the "Sightseeing Gate", "Cheng Qing Building", "Children's Paradise Sales Station" and "Five Scenery Control Point", equipped with first aid kits, automatic blood pressure monitors and assistance for minor injuries. Sick rescue.
3. Set up three AEDs at the original information desk at the entrance of the tourist gate, "Shuiyang Hall", "Visitor Service Center" and "Zhongling Pagoda" in order to upgrade emergency rescue equipment and gain golden rescue time.
4. The park purchases public accident liability insurance every year, and the amount is in compliance with legal regulations to ensure the safety of tourists.
