Park rules

Chengcing lake Scenic Area preferential regulations:

  1. Park opening hours: 6 am to 9 pm
  2. Park closure time: The park is closed for one day every Monday (including morning exercise period, if it is a holiday, it will be postponed to the next non-holiday)
  3. Half-ticket discount: tourists over 65 years old, children over 6 years old and under 12 years old, military personnel, policemen, those entering after 5 p.m. (Mid-Autumn Festival)

  4. Free discounts: Kaohsiung citizens holding national identity cards (free in person, vehicle purchase; Niaosong District residents, free for people and vehicles), volunteers holding volunteer honor cards (free in person, vehicle purchase)

  7. The number of visitors to the park is subject to a "total quota control", with a daily limit of 7,000 people. The free admission limit for Kaohsiung residents is 5,000 people. The signboard at the entrance of the park is used as the control person.

  8. The park will be cleaned after closing every day. Non-park owners or staff are not allowed to stay in the park during non-opening hours
  9. In accordance with the letter No. 1000074600 of the Kaohsiung City Government, Kaohsiung City Government Siweihuan Tuzi, this park announced the Qingcheng Lake drinking water source water quality protection zone. In order to maintain the environmental ecology and water quality safety, please comply with the prohibition of fishing, playing in the water, releasing animals, and prohibiting the carriage of cats and dogs. Animals enter, dump waste, defecate in the open, leave garbage or other behaviors that pollute water sources and damage the environment
  10. This park is an air quality clean zone. Diesel buses manufactured before June 30, 1988 and two-stroke locomotives manufactured before December 31, 1992 (obtained emission standards)
    Except for those who pass the inspection), please do not enter the park
  11. Election campaigning activities and political gatherings are prohibited in this park
  12. All agencies, groups, enterprises or individuals that use the park's venues for activities must obtain the consent of the park management unit in advance and pay venue usage fees and activities before the event.
    Cleaning and maintenance fees must be paid
  13. The cleaning and maintenance fee for the barbecue area is NT$150 per oven. Please go to the ticket office at the gate to purchase tickets on the day of the event. To maintain public safety and avoid danger, please do not light a fire for cooking in places other than the barbecue stove

Measures for the Management of Activities in Chengcheng Lake Tourist Area by All Agencies, Groups, Enterprises or Individuals of the Seventh District Management Office of Taiwan Water Supply Co., Ltd.

Article 1
All agencies, organizations, enterprises, or individuals intending to hold activities in the Lake Clearwater Tourist Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Park") must obtain the consent of the Park management unit and pay the required fees before the event can proceed.

Article 2
For one-day events, please submit the event proposal to the Park management unit for review at least 10 days before the event, and only proceed after obtaining approval.

Article 3
For events lasting two days or more, please submit the event proposal to the Park management unit for review at least 45 days before the event, obtain approval, and sign a contract with the Seventh District Management Office of Taiwan Water Corporation before proceeding.

Article 4
Fee Standards:
    All agencies, organizations, enterprises, or individuals holding activities in the Park must pay the venue usage fee and the activity cleaning and maintenance fee according to the Lake Clearwater Tourist Area venue usage fee standards (see attached table).
    Activities organized by the Kaohsiung City Government and its affiliated agencies that are clearly of a public welfare nature may be exempt from the venue usage fee, but the activity cleaning and maintenance fee must be paid.
    All types of vehicles must still pay the parking fee according to the Park's ticket sales regulations.
    Activities of a public welfare nature referred to in the preceding paragraph are those that are purely related to public interests without involving other purposes and are non-profit in nature, such as charity activities to assist the elderly and weak, advocacy for disease prevention and control, traffic safety, government directives, etc.

Article 5
Restrictions:
    The Park is a water source protection area, and activities that pollute the water source are not allowed. Activities must comply with public order and good customs and relevant laws and regulations.
    To maintain environmental and water quality safety, the maximum number of participants for entry activities shall be subject to the Park's "quota total control" regulations, and shall not exceed the maximum capacity of the Park per day.
    The Park prohibits election campaign activities and political gatherings.
